Screen glitch turns window blue and stops me from playing 1.13

Ever since I updated and turn on a 1.13 world, the screen turns a light blue after a few seconds of ordinary gameplay, and as soon as the screen turns blue, there's no recovery. I can't see the blocks, the HUD, I can't even access the Game Menus,

 

I tested the Snapshots and the same thing happened. I've been using 1.12 for a week now following the update and I'm too scared to try any of my worlds anymore in 1.13.

 

Attached is the Forced Crash report. Whenever the glitch happens the game never crashes, but everything still seems interact-able and working despite the severe inability to see.

 

Please guys, i haven't even seen the Turtles yet and the update's been out a week. There's only so long I can go without the Turtles.
