Locked chest ID 95 has luminance the same as glowstone.

I spawned in a locked chest to see what it's texture was, because I thought it didn't have one. I spawned it in at night time because it was alraady night time, and it glowed. It had the same luminance as glowstone, and that doesn't seem right.
