Tab completion/suggestions don't work for some non-literal arguments (in chat)

The bug

The following command arguments do not provide suggestions or respond to TAB when typing from chat (suggestions still appear when inside of a command block):

• Advancement and criteria names
• Bossbar names
• Datapack names
• Function names
• Scoreboard objective names
• Score holders
• Tag names (/tag)
