1.13 Messed up a LOT of stuff, and pretty much broke my game in that version (It now fixed itself; but for other people maybe not?)

This Issue Seems to have fixed itself after a few days (not sure how) - but I can not be sure how this would go for other peoples games: here is what happened before it fixed itself

I cannot take items out of my inventory, when i click them they do not select
2. my computer mouse clicker still shows up on screen (exiting outing going back in does not help)
3. I have to click the start button like 6 times before it registers i clicked it
4. half of the time it automatically sends me into a random world when i click "single player" without showing me my list of worlds
5. it says to back up my worlds b/c it may corrupt them??
