Movement keys stick

I'm having an issue where the WASD movement keys become stuck released. This makes it frustrating to move around. I didn't have this problem in 1.12.

I can reproduce it by mashing WASD and leaving W pressed down. Occasionally I don't move forward until I release and re-press W.
