Squids/glow squids bounce up and down in bubble columns, teleporting high up in the air

The bug

When squids are spawned in a bubble column, they glitch out and start to teleport up and down.

How to reproduce

Run:

/fill ~7 ~-1 ~-7 ~-7 ~10 ~7 stone hollow
/fill ~6 ~ ~-6 ~-6 ~10 ~6 water
/fill ~6 ~-1 ~-6 ~-6 ~-1 ~6 minecraft:soul_sand
/summon squid (summon like 5)

→ Squids are bouncing up and down, some even fly out.
