Font from 1.13pre7 was not carried to 1.13

The font changes made in 1.13 pre-release 7 were not carried over to 1.13 pre-release 8 and onward. For example, apostrophes and quotation marks do not have their tails, and the at sign does not have a square in the middle.

 

The font change in 1.13 also has a different comma, period, colon, semicolon, and parentheses than 1.12 and before. In case this is a mistake I wanted to make sure someone saw.
