Getting tp'ed back in time

In my new 1.13 world I sometimes get tp'ed back to where I came from 1 - 2 minutes ago. Second time it happened I died and then got tp'ed back before I died so I got al my stuff back. Only happens in both the overworld and the nether. (Can't recreate beacause it happens randomly)
