Summon Tropical Fish Variants

When summoning tropical fish using

/summon minecraft:tropical_fish ~ ~ ~ {Variant:#}

I continuously am now getting white-dark grey kob spawning in. I have checked my commands numerous times and have tested it with different coordinates and not using tildes. I have also tried different variant numbers while searching for a solution. Even trying to spawn big fish returns the kob, a small fish.

Spawning tropical fish with just

/summon minecraft:tropical_fish

works fine. A random tropical fish spawns as intended. I have switched worlds and even switched computers as an attempt to correct this issue.

I believe this issue first started when I tried to use this command

/summon minecraft:tropical_fish ~ ~ ~ {Variant:67371520}

This was an attempt to spawn in a yellow-yellow snooper.
