View direction changes on GUI menu exit

Hello, My apologies if this is a duplicate, I had a difficult time coming up for appropriate keywords for this one. 

Since the update to 1.13, when I open a chest, move a thing, close the chest, my view direction changes. It doesn't always exhibit this bug; I am unable to reproduce steadily. It also happens with the personal storage.

I am positive it is related to the movement of the mouse relative to its location on opening the chest. If I open a chest, move right and press "e", my view angle moves right to an amount directly proportionate to the amount I moved the mouse before exiting the menu. 

This is deeply annoying, but doesn't technically break anything.
