Minecraft crashes when loading A world

I installed minecraft on my computer after installing a new Graphics Card.

The old one was a NVIDIA GTX780, The new one NVIDIA GTX1060 6GB

When I start up minecraft everything works, I can go to settings, view server or see my singleplayer worlds. 

But when I join a server or join a singleplayer world or join a just created world. The game crashes after 2 seconds. I tried this on 1.12,1.12.2 and 1.13.

I tried everything, reinstalling the drivers, reinstalling Java, Deleting and reinstalling Minecraft. Nothing seems to work. I tried to turn off VBO and V-Sync in the options, still does nothing.

I also tried adding more RAM tot the JVM format at startup but still nothing.

I don't know what to do anymore, I can't add an attachement of the crash report because it doesn't appear in the folder.
