Item NBT Enchantment not working

When using /give command, given item enchantments does not apply

(What I mean is that when i give a pickaxe with enchantment nbt
+eg: "/give @p diamond_pickaxe{ench:[

{id:efficiency,lvl:5}

,{id:unbreaking,lvl:3},{id:fortune,lvl:3},{id:mending,lvl:1}]} 1"+ it gives me the item but no enchantments.)
