[MC-134432] Update 1.13 has made versions 1.12.2 and up crash.

Every time I try to get on a Realm,Multiplayer server, Or Single player server on versions 1.12.2 or higher,if I try to join,or create a server, as soon as it gets to the "Loading Terrain" screen it crash and gives me the error, "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience". I can only play on 1.12.1 or lower. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game several times. Please help!
