Binding a key that has key-repeat to ceartain controls causes them to be repeated

When a key with key repeat (when you are typing and hold it down, it types multiple times) is bound to Attack/Destroy or Use Item/Place Block, and the key is held down, it repeatedly does that action instead of acting like the key is held down.

Expected behavior: item is used continuously, not spammed.
