Improper, and only partial, language changes.

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought that it would change my language, and it did, but incorrectly.

What actually happened was...:
I accidentally changed my language while browsing through the languages, and i tried to change it back but it only changed partially, the title screen and some of the blocks are correct, but some of the blocks and options are in entirely an different language(s) I've tried fixing this multiple times by changing my language again and restarting minecraft but to no avail

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open up the "languages" tab in options
2. Click on one
3.Its broken
