Texture Horse not solved 1.13 vanilla

found the horse texture bug in the official 1.13 release.

I have looked in the bug report on this Website and what I found was this bug report but just for a prerelease Version .The report says that the issue was solved in the prerelease but however I noticed These bug again in the official Minecraft 1.13.
