Minecraft 1.13 says it is a snapshot

On Minecraft Java Edition: 1.13, I clicked on the Singleplayer button and my old world from 1.12 appeared. However, there was an exclaimation mark next to it and it told me to back up the world before I loaded it in "this snapshot." But Minecraft 1.13 is not a snapshot anymore so it shouldn't say that.
