Melons and pumpkins stems doesn't attach to their respective blocks

Melons and pumpkins stems doesn't attach to their respective blocks when upgrading from 1.12 to 1.13

 

Steps to reproduce this bug:

Create a world in 1.12

Plant the seeds and then use bone meal to accelerate growth

Now open the world in 1.13
