white patches on all blocks (which are transparent)1description,2 way to solve it

1.BUG description

*What I expected to happen was minecraft to continue working properly

*What actually happened was blocks turned transparent with white patches on them , or sometimes with green patches on them if they are greenery (this applies to the whole mc world )and everything jiggles around but some blocks,like the chest stays normal but what it contains , like in the toolbar, is a blurry patch. you can interact with the bugging blocks

Steps to Reproduce:
it looks like the bug happens randomly but it sometimes happens when I am exploring new lands5 like if it happend when to much memory is used) but I have had this bug several times already

2way to solve it
there is a way to solve the problem for a moment ,just quit game.
