Version 1.13 crashes and has many bugs and glitchs

Everytime I launch the game I have to play it as a small windowed game unless I want it to crash or show a tiny bit of the full game. Everytime I Do something in the main screen it transforms the main screen into a mess.

 

Maybe somebody can help me.
