Graphical Error with the upsidedown Stairs and water

put Upside-down stairs, and after put some water in the stairs, under these stairs put any translucent block and you'll replicate the error.

So in a void world I replicated the error with some blocks who doesn't have this problem (like trapdoors and slabs)

(and water drips down the barriers, not as the glass)
