[1.13] server crash - server watchdog - error

What I've done in order :

1. I've replaced my server.1.12.2.jar by the new server.1.13.jar
2. runned the server
3. successfully logged in
4. my world seems fine ( still have everythin , house etc )
5. start exploring ocean on a boat

then the server started to crash. now in infinite loop while logging
