Buggy movement at the top of the water while using sprint button NEEDS TO GET FIXED

 * I've already reported a bug like this and got deleted and it's still not fixed, so don't mark this as duplicate because it isn't * 

In older versions of minecraft, when you are floating/ moving towards at the top of the water while pressing the "sprint" button at the same time - it will swim forward a little faster and go normal, NOW ever since 1.13 preReleases, when you do the SAME thing It constantly make a buggy movement, like sprinting/stopping , sprinting, stopping and so on ( It occures very fast tho) And I know there are alot of new uptades that include movements in water, but develepors created a new bug/ issue that affects everybody, not just me, not just my world, not just my server and this definitely isn't a part of feature
