F3+Q doesn't show help text but reloads chuncks

When u press f3 it says u should press f3 + Q to show help for all the f3 commands, however f3 + Q reloads the chuncks and f3 + A really gives u the help. Yes I checked my keyboard settings and It shows up right in chat (azerty).
