Black screen in 1.13-pre10

When I open 1.13-pre10 I see little Mojang logo in the corner of window, then for a quarter second menu, after that a black screen and Minecraft freezes.

In 1.13 full release if i open it with Intel graphics card I can play, but with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti I can't. When I open game with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti I see menu that freezes and when I click on something I see "Java Platform SE Binary is not responding."
