Day and Night Flash

The Game constantly Flashes between day and night. Video link on youtube will show what I mean. https://youtu.be/d-shA7ns5yQ Please let me know if you guys need any more information. This may also be the reason my game is having massive lag spikes from 1 to 225 fps
