Coral Fan Blocks don't drop anymore

In Pre-release 8 and further, Coral Fans are unobtainable in all circumstances other than creative. Even with silk touch Picks and Shears. If this is an intended change than it was a mistake and the coral fans are great aquarium decor and general aesthetics.
