Banners are darkened/balcked out and cause crashes whan applied to maps.

Almost every banner, (with the exception of the white banner), is either darkened or blacked out on all maps which have them applied.  Also, when creating a new banner on a map, or re-applying the blacked out/ darkened ones, the game crashes!!Unable to render embedded object: File (  Any advice?  Rockatoa, Brickticks out) not found.
