All ocean creatures despawning when chunks unload

Dolphins, tropical fish, cod, salmon and squid despawn when chunks unload.

To recreate:

Spawn a bunch of the aforementioned mobs, then teleport far enough away to unload the chunks.  Return to where you spawned the creatures, and they will be gone.
