World template failed download

Purchased a world template from the store, won't download. 

What I expected to happen was...:
Download the world 

What actually happened was...:
When download of city life begins it quickly says download failed with no other information 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on store button 
2. ...purchase M coins 
3. ...select city life world template 

4: once purchased click download button 

5 download fails
