Obfuscated text is synchronized

When you write an obfuscated text component with the same repeated character in a command that supports it, you will notice that the characters are completely synchronized, which is not how it used to be.

Steps to reproduce:

Execute the following commands

/tellraw @s {"text":"!!!!!","obfuscated":true}

/title @s title {"text":"aaaaa","obfuscated":true}
