Unable to locate Multiplayer Games Via Lan

Pretty simple on this one. Myself and my daughter like playing Minecraft. with the recent pre releases coming out we were hoping to start playing with the new features. We played a couple times with 1.13 pre 3 and another that worked. 

however with 1.13 pre 8 we cant even find the games on LAN. We have each tried launching the world and just cant find games shared on LAN. 

Online Multiplayer Works Fine.
