The "What's new" board pops up every time I click on the Minecraft app

So... I didn't get why 1.13+ is "unreleased" cause, I have 1.50 (aquatic update part 2) and it's released. Whatever, anyway. Every time I click on the Minecraft app on my tablet the board that explains everything that's new keeps popping up. Usually it only pops up once. This problem also occurs on my sister's Minecraft, which is the same version.
