Sprinting in 1 deep water bugs zoom effect

When sprinting in water that is 1 block deep, the zoom effect bugs out and you keep zooming in and out, see video attachment.

Edit: Also affects 1,5 and 0,5 block deep water etc, like on slabs, enchantment tables, beds.
