Major FPS drop when using tp when in spectator

Since pre5 when teleporting to a player or across dimension, when the area starts loading my FPS drops from 200+ to 5 max until such time as i reload all chunks using F3 + A ... It happens frequently, but not every single time. The attached screenshot is what shows in F3 when this bug is occurring.
