The letter ''ñ'' looking wrong

The bug

The letter ñ is a Spanish letter and it's hard to read because:

• The Ñ looks similar to a normal "N"
• The ñ and Ñ look like ´´ on top instead of ~
• When someone says Ñ and there's a message above it, the Ñ top will look dark grey (see MC-133331)
