Armor stands can be set on fire, eventually destroying them without dropping the armor stand item

The bug:

When an armor stand is destroyed by fire damage, it does not drop anything.

How to reproduce:

1. Summon an armor stand using the following command:

   /summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {Fire:300s}

2. Wait until it gets destroyed.
   → The armor stand does not drop anything.

Expected result:

The armor stand would drop an armor stand item upon being destroyed by fire damage.

Observed result:

The armor stand does not drop anything upon being destroyed by fire damage.
