Rebinding Use to a key causes you to use items faster.

Using R-Click to throw snowballs causes you to throw them at a constant rate as intended. However, if you rebind Use to a key, the first 2 snowballs are thrown at the usual rate but the rest are thrown almost instantly after each other. I've attached videos, one using R-Click the other using a key.
