Lava looks like water yet it acts the same, and water acts like air

When Vanilla data pack is disabled, lava looks like water. You'll need to reload the chunks after disabling.

When Vanilla data pack is disabled, water acts like air.

To reproduce,
1- Place lava and water blocks somewhere.
2- Disable vanilla datapack.
3- Reload Chunks (F3 + A)
