Struggling to launch the game after repeated crashes. Searched for issues and still need help.

've searched everywhere, asked for numerous advice and yet can still not seem to get the 1.8.9 server to launch on Minecraft. I have tried numerous suggestions and still cannot the game to launch 1.8.9, but I can seem to get it to launch anything over 1.9. Hopefully these forums are still active lmao.
