Pressing Done in a structure block without name prints "invalid structure name"

The bug

Pressing done will result in Invalid structure name '', while this message should only appear when pressing save, load or detect.
It even outputs this while the structure block is set to data mode, even if that field has text entered.

How to reproduce

Give yourself a structure block.
```
/give @s minecraft:structure_block
```
Place it, and open the gui.
Go to any mode you want, and press done.
Observe the chat
