io.netty.channel.connecttimeoutexception connection timed out

Okay so, recently I got new wifi, i was going on minecraft to play. After a couple of minutes, I got kicked with the reason you can find below.

I got my new wifi / router today, and this happened... Idk what 2 do.. Please help.
