The facing of the vines on the ceiling are changeless

As we know, the vines can be place on the ceiling,but this new feature is not perfect, just the button on the ground or ceiling of version 1.8,the facing of the vines on the ceiling are changeless, whichever direction I am facing,they always toward south and north
