Noteblocks can be moved!

A Noteblock can be moved with a piston and it sticks to a slimeblock. All other non-movable blocks still can't be moved. 

The bug is present in the first snapshot of 1.13 and hasn't been fixed yet.

If they added a new feature, that you can move noteblocks now, please let me know!
