Mobs walking slow when you hit them

If you hit a mob they just walk really slowly towards you.
But when they're not agro they walk fast again..

What I expected to happen was...:
They would walk normal

What actually happened was...:
Describe what happened here

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a mod
2. Hit them
3. Watch them walk
