Torch Problem

 Hello, I found bug about torch in Minecraft 1.13 pre-release 6. When I hold torch in off hand and not hold anything in my main hand.  I place torch it's disappear from my off hand and it not place on the block. Then I check in inventory and click in offhand inventory it's come back.
