Arrows float in the air when shooting them at a specific block.

When I shoot some arrows at a wall (for example a brick wall) the arrows just float in the air. To pick them up you have to go to the place where the arrows were ment to shoot at.

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought the arrow(s) just stayed in the wall.

What actually happened was...:
The arrow(s) were floating in the air.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attach a bow and arrows.
2. Find a specific block to shoot at.
3. See the floating arrow(s).
