torch placing sound plays in wrong ear

This is a very minor bug but when you place a torch on a block to your right, the sound plays on your left and vice versa. I haven't seen any other reports on this but I was wrong last time so sorry if this has already been reported. (the footage is only 4 fps because my recording software makes massive files, sorry.)
