Lots of bubble columns bugs

Magma and soulsand bubble columns are bugged.

1. How to reproduce it: place a magma or soulsand block underwater>wait and you will see that the bubble column radius is only of an half block or less.
2. How to reproduce it: write this command "/setblock (x y z) bubble" and look the tips:you will see that there is only "bubble_column" and not "bubble_column_up" too like in the other snapshots.
3. How to reproduce it: make a pillar with any block>put a magma block or a soulsand block near it>put a water source on the upper part of the pillar. Bubbles will not create.
