[Solved] Weird cryptic language overrides almost all language selections

Pretty self explanatory with the attached screenshots, no way to get back to English or any other "normal" language and font.

 

Solution : I had a resource pack downloaded but it wasn't being used. I removed it from my resource packs and that solved the issue.
